Nescafé Dolce Gusto launches Pan-Asia Design Contest for Facebook Fans

Nescafé Dolce Gusto launches on Facebook its first “Asian Design Contest”, which will allow fans to compete against each other in 8 Asian Countries: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippine, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia).

Up for grabs is the extraordinary opportunity to customize the design of a special edition Nescafé Dolce Gusto GENIO coffee machine, which will then be produced in limited edition in 2014.  All finalists will also win a weekend for two in Tokyo, during the Tokyo Designers Week 2013.

The most voted GENIO machine will be announced during the final day at the award ceremony which will then be produced in limited edition by Nescafé Dolce Gusto. The winner will also get their own design of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto GENIO 2014 limited edition coffee machine.

Nescafè Dolce Gusto launches the "Euro Design Contest"

In the year of the European Football Championship and the great challenges of the Olympic Games, Nescafé Dolce Gusto launches on Facebook its first “Euro Design Contest”, which will allow the members of the social network to compete against each other in 19 European Countries.

Aspiring designers and people with a creative streak will challenge each other regarding the customization of the graphics of the new Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Melody.
The first stage of the contest opens on September 10th. Then a large event in Milan (Italy), broadcasted on live stream, will mark the conclusion of the competition in November. Two winning versions of the new Melody design will be selected and produced in Limited Edition in Spring 2013.

The first “Euro Design Contest” by Nescafé Dolce Gusto has been masterminded in collaboration with our agency, which is already a communications partner of the brand in Italy.
